In Guardiagrele, Italy, you'll be told a wonderful family story in the Villa Maiella. That of the Tinari family, who have given their passion for gastronomy to their profession. Arcangelo has taken over the reins with gusto. This is attested by the star given to him by the Michelin Guide.
Here, the culinary arts are elevated to the rank of the art of living. Three routes touting the Abruzzo region are on offer. It is the produce of the farm on the estate that form the basis of the compositions of the master queux. And, notably the famous black pig raised in a semi-wild state, as well as all its derivatives. A special mention for the exceptional wine cellar, rich in more than a thousand wines!
