DESCRIPTION TENUTE AL BANO

In Cellino San Marco at the tip of Puglia, singer Al Bano set up his hotel-restaurant in a former village. Between vineyards and olive groves, everything is designed to guarantee a memorable stay in a paradisiacal setting. A relaxation and wellness offer, combining the spa and the large pool. A lush, flower-filled setting and even an animal park! Welcome to the Tenute Al Bano Carrisi estate.

In this ideal spot to recharge her body and mind, chef Annamaria Verri fulfils her role perfectly. His compositions highlight local produce with an emphasis on Mediterranean cuisine. They are subtly accompanied by lovingly preserved wines in the adjoining cellar. A passionate wine cellar whose visit is not to be missed.
