DESCRIPTION SAUVAGE
In the heart of Aix-en-Provence in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Sauvage is a great culinary establishment where you can stop off between two walks in the old town of King René. Located in one of Aix's charming cobblestone streets, this establishment is an intimate restaurant with 18 people.
In this pleasant atmosphere, the guests are seated "like at home" with a direct view of the goldsmithing work of the chef and his team. The flavour of the tasting is even more delicious, especially since the dishes served are made with local, seasonal produce. It's a perfect opportunity to discover or rediscover the flavours, scents and colours typical of Provence.
One three-course lunch per person (appetiser, main course, dessert)
