In our 4 star establishment, past and romance first mean history and tradition. Over the centuries, the guests of the house were part of high society or the princely family. The Emperor Maximilian, en route to the Reichstag at Speyer, spent the night in this coaching inn in 1570. Today, our guests stay in the 34 rooms of the hotel spread over two buildings dating from the 14th and 16th centuries. Simply decide which century you would like to spend the night in, and discover our luxurious rooms, decorated in elegant period style.

The former coaching inn and its shed with its arches and columns have been transformed into Roman-style baths, with swimming pool and various saunas - an ideal setting that encourages relaxation. Professional massages, cosmetics and ayurvemic treatments will allow you to strike a balance between body and mind.

Back on earth, excellent cuisine will put your wellness at the fore. Our chef, Dirk Becker and his team, prepare light, creative and innovative aromatic cuisine rooted in our region, Middle Franconia.
