In the heart of Faubourg Saint-Germain, the Maison de l'Amérique latine is a place of welcome and exhibitions of the Latin American cultural and diplomatic community in Paris.
In the heart of this cultural mecca, in one of the mansions overlooking magnificent French gardens, is the Restaurant de la Maison de l'Amérique Latine. An unmissable establishment, bathed in light, light colours and a wooded spirit that preserve the initial soul of the place. The architect Marie Deroudilhe has created this atmosphere that is at once warm and elegant.
Behind the kitchen, you'll find chef Mark Guillain-Williams, who prides himself on changing the menu according to the seasons and, of course, according to his inspiration. To perfect the tasting of dishes prepared by the chef, the restaurant's cellar contains a wonderful selection of renowned vintages.
