On the plateau of Aubrac in Occitania, the Restaurant Cyril Attrazic Chez Camillou is an ode to gastronomy. Here, the culinary arts are passed down from generation to generation. Today, it is the founder's great-grandchild, chef Cyril Attrazic, who takes over the reins brilliantly. It must be seen that, for god's sake, it's impossible to lie!
The recipes on offer are firmly rooted in tradition. Family tradition on the one hand and regional tradition on the other, in this territory with incomparable treasures. Regional produce is therefore the pride of the menu. They are enhanced by seasonal arrivals from small Lozerian producers. The result? An explosion of flavours not to be missed!

L'accueil est agréable. Mais pour la seconde fois, il m'a été refusé d'enregistrer mes points, étant membre des collectionneurs, à la fin du déjeuner. C'est plus qu'irritant.
