In Montagnac, between Montpellier and Béziers, chef Annett Teich opens the doors of restaurant BK.

This "urban gastronomic table" invites you to experience a unique moment in a vaulted stone cellar where contemporary dishes, showcasing meticulously selected products, are served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Chef Annett Teich draws on her many travels the world over and her culinary discoveries to create inventive dishes made with high-quality, fresh produce. Among the subtle and refined dishes served, you'll appreciate, in particular, its exceptionally refined meats.

The chef also places great pride in the development of ethical cuisine, conscious of animal well-being (traditional culling, eco-friendly fishing...) and in keeping with the seasons.
