DESCRIPTION PY-R RESTAURANT

In Occitania's Toulouse city centre, Py-R is a gourmet restaurant located in a handsome building listed in the "Pink City". Under former white stone vaults, architect Jean-Manuel Puig has created a pretty decor with a contemporary flavour conducive to exploring new culinary horizons.

It's the promise of chef Pierre Lambinon who is perpetually striving for perfection, even though he is tuto the peaks of his craft. This is attested by the two stars awarded by the Michelin Guide and its two toques assigned by the Gault and Millau Guide. At Py-R, savour a cuisine made with harmonious blends of colours, flavours and textures, taken from the treasures of the land and enhanced by modern accents.
