In Occitania's Toulouse city centre, Py-R is a gourmet restaurant located in a handsome building listed in the "Pink City". Under former white stone vaults, architect Jean-Manuel Puig has created a pretty decor with a contemporary flavour conducive to exploring new culinary horizons.
It's the promise of chef Pierre Lambinon who is perpetually striving for perfection, even though he is tuto the peaks of his craft.
