All year round, as soon as you have a customer account (free online creation), you immediately become a Classic member and benefit from several benefits, including 3% of cashback paid back for each outlay made by a hotelier or restaurateur of the les Collectionneurs network. But the benefits don't end there! If you are a loyal customer of the brand, if you frequent establishments regularly and spend on stays or meals several times a year, you should switch to a Premium member.

How do I switch from classic benefits to Premium?

Log in to your customer space
In the "Loyalty Programme" tab, click "Switch to Premium"
Pay €69 and immediately benefit from your Premium benefits valid for 1 years


From now on, your loyalty card is 100% digital: access your personal QR Code from the customer area (loyalty programme section) and add it to your phone's Wallet. As soon as you visit a les Collectionneurs establishment, when you pay the bill, please enter your personal QR Code in order to benefit from your loyalty credits.

To allow the restaurateurs and hoteliers of our community to once again share special moments with you, and welcome you under the best possible conditions in their establishments, specific COVID-19 health measures have been adopted along with additional measures to best adapt these policies to their unique type of operations.
