A few steps from the shops of Bon Marché in Paris's 7th arrondissement, The Plume Restaurant welcomes its guests to introduce them to new flavours. The menu is resolutely modern and friendly, just like the layout of the establishment, since the kitchen is open to the contemporary decor of the dining room.

Chef Youssef Gastli's speciality is to work on instinct. It must be seen that his is a person of trust in the dishes on offer. These are always based on fresh, seasonal produce. The recipes concocted are creative and evolving, for the pleasure of experiencing new taste experiences all the time.
