In the heart of the historic centre of Cuneo in Italian Piedmont, the Palazzo Lovera Hotel opens its doors to guests. The walls of this 16th-century bourgeois building may bear witness to the passage of King Francis the 1st and a few centuries later, to that of Pope Pius VII. Giorgio Chiesa looks after this panoply of history with walls of character.

Character is also on the menu of the chef. It's inspired by traditional recipes to offer creative compositions that are always tasty.
