Close to Issoire in the Auvergne, the panoramic Hotel-Restaurant Origines welcomes you in an exceptional, high-quality setting with a memorable view of the volcanoes.

The characterful hotel has retained the charm of the old stones of the feudal castle adjoining it while offering its visitors all modern comforts. Six cosy rooms are at your disposal, and the staff are very committed to everyone's well-being and are at your disposal.

In terms of cuisine, it's Adrien Descouls, a Michelin-starred chef and semi-finalist of the Top Chef competition in 2018, who offers you a gastronomic cuisine that is both technical, audacious and giving emphasis to local Auvergnat produce. The restaurant's dining room, immaculately white, showcases the chef's creations and the breathtaking view of a verdant spectacle.

The Origins restaurant, hosted by Adrien Descouls, reveals a sumptuous panorama over the region as it remains to the ruins of the old castle that dominated the valley, at the top of the village of Broc. In the dining room, the modern and uncluttered atmosphere was conceived so as not to disrupt the contemplation of the landscapes and the dishes that Adrien Descouls and his team dreamt up, ready to thrill the senses.
