In Vallesaccarda (AV) in Italian Campania, the Oasis Sapori Antichi is an institution dating back dozens of years. A place where the inspiration of different generations of the Fischetti family can be revealed, chef Michelina Fischetti now cooks the kitchens of this traditional restaurant.

The Oasis tradition is brilliantly continued by the brigade inspired by the know-how of the "mamma" Giuseppina. The 'ravioli', made with a pasta stuffed by hand, with walnut and garlic sauce, is a real gustatory pleasure. Here, the flavours of Italian produce take on a very special dimension.
