Some fifteen kilometres from Versailles in the Île-de-France, Numéro3 quickly placed among the number 1 restaurants of the Yvelines. Parisians travel with joy to taste the culinary delights of Michelin-starred chef Laurent Trochain, who has also been distinguished from two toques by the Gault and Millau Guide.

The menu is a choice, offering dishes with a sublime aesthetic. The recipes are about cheese, and all cheeses. These establishments are venerated in these places, with a bar area even dedicated to them. A multitude of variations are offered, from the more traditional to the more unusual, satisfying both purists and lovers of new flavours that are never let down.

Un établissement complètement dédié à la satisfaction des clients. Une gastronomie généreuse, juste dans les produits, les cuissons et compositions des plats. Une hospitalité jamais prise en défaut, portée par le sens de l'accueil naturel de la famille Trochain. Un espace restaurant aéré, moderne, un service efficace et affable, ici l'essentiel est dans l'assiette et le résultat est exceptionnel. Fraîcheur et qualité des produits, certains du jardin attenant ou venant des meilleurs artisans de l'endroit, associées à une magistrale maîtrise du chef pour son art ,concourent à la magie du moment. Les chambres sont parfaitement équipées, alliant confort et modernité. Une magnifique parenthèse, à proximité de Paris, au coeur d'une région offrant de multiples possibilités pour un week-end hors des sentiers battus. Merci encore....
