A few minutes from Strasbourg in Ostwald (67), Miro is the "unsplexing" gourmet restaurant of chef Robin Dorgler.

On site, in this place of life on the banks of the River Ill and in the heart of a huge park, this young alsatian talent - passed through the kitchens of Taillevent in Paris - prepares cuisine inspired by his many travels to the four corners of the world. Argentine, where he honed his technique of cooking meats, Japan where he leaned on fish... and finally, Quebec.

Today, Robin Dorgler, passionate about market gardening, music and tattooing, invites you to discover his cuisine based on fresh, local produce... but rich in international experience. Here, there is no set menu, the inspiration of the award-top chef, and the menu changes every week.
