Neo-retro bistro tucked away on the slopes of Montagne Sainte-Geneviève in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the Latin quarter. At the hands of Louis Vins since 2018, Bertrand Guillou-Valentin has been able to give instead to its reputation as a charming neighbourhood institution. A new team, regional specialities to be enjoyed at the counter accompanied by a selection of wines as large as remarkable, are the beginning of this renaissance. The arrival of Mélanie Serre is the start of a new and more ambitious step, with a desire to make it a much-loved Place de la Restauration Parisienne, adapted to all formats, all prices and all the right occasions!
