On the way to Fosdinovia in Italy, there is a restaurant that perfectly touts the riches of Tuscany. A pleasantly mild climate, fertile soils with diverse cultures and generous seas. There are so many flavours and flavours found on the menu at la Locanda de Banchieri.
Chef Giacomo Devoto makes his market between olive groves and vegetable gardens in the heart of the three hectares surrounding the Locanda. As a result, culinary compositions are in harmony with the seasons. In addition, seafood from daily fishing is also available. All within a natural setting overlooking the La Spezia Golf Course and the turreted hills.
