The journey begins with a gentle moment of strolling in the shade of the 200 varieties of palm trees that stand towards the sea close by and visible from the terraces.
The outdoor tables or the dining rooms of this restaurant that looks like a "little Trianon" are laid out with refinement. They are preparing to receive dishes that sit side by side in the Mediterranean sun. The chef's recipes, distinguished from a Michelin-starred plate, subtly highlight regional produce, starting, of course, with seafood.
