3 kilometres from Chantilly in hauts-de-France, Le Verbois is an authentic hunting lodge nestled in the heart of lush surroundings. Laurence and Laurent Guibet continue the family tradition in this restaurant with a very friendly atmosphere.

For god's sake, it's the worthy heir who brilliantly handles the kitchen controllers: the talented chef Guillaume Guibet, distinguished by a Michelin star, himself plants his own ingredients or gneas it with local producers. The result? A menu that changes with the seasons, but is consistently tasty. The dishes can be tasted with delicacy in a contemporary decor made of fine materials by Caroline Tissier.
