DESCRIPTION LE VALLON DE VALRUGUES & SPA

In Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the heart of the Alpilles, 20 minutes from Avignon, the Hotel Le Vallon de Valrugues et SPA offers the opportunity to enjoy an enchanted break in an idyllic setting on an estate of more than 1.5 hectares. Damien and Ludovic Gallon have everything in plan for their guests to spend a
an utterly relaxing stay.

Instead, consider: a 550m² spa, treatment and wellness centre with full supply, two heated pools indoors and outdoors, and a counter-current swimming pool.

The Gourmet Restaurant is open 7 days/7 for dinner only. Chef Jérôme Yahia puts all his talents into completing these dream moments. It will welcome you into the restaurant dining room or on the large terrace in the shade of plane trees. The bistro is open every day for lunch.

Horse riding centres, golf clubs, museums and hiking trails are nearby for enthusiasts.

Des Hauts et des Bas en comparaison avec de nombreux 5* que nous fréquentons à travers le monde . Pourquoi les suite Junior sans balcon ne sont pas indiquées sans balcon alors que des chambres standards ont des terrasses ? Parties couloir ayant vraiment besoin de rénovation murale ( coulées d'humidite ) Pas réglo pour un 5* de meme que laisser toutes les jardinières coté parking remplies de mauvaises herbes . Spa OK et très Pro pour les soins . Accueil général très pro également . Repas Valrugues bien mais on est loin de sauter au plafond ... Bref bien mais mitigé .

L'accuiel à mon arrivée a été médiocre ( manque de profesionnalisme de la personne d'acceuil. surpris que le pour déposer un plateau de room service, le serveur ne passe pas dans la largeure du couloir de la chambre avec le plateau. surpris et choqué que pour re éxpédié mon maillot de bain oublié au spa, on me demande de mon N) de carte de la CB pour les frais d'expédition apres avoir rglé une facture supérieure à 1000 euros pour 2 jours. géné par le bruit d éternuements de la chambre voisine ( ma chambre communiquait avec la chambre voisine, via une double porte. mais les sons communiquent aussi au travers les portes. les draps sont reches, et les matelas un pplus tassés qu'à la maison...
