A few kilometres from Saint-Tropez, in the French Riviera, Le Relais des Moines is an authentic 16th-century stone bastide nestled in wooded grounds over two hectares. Each of this restaurant's tables is perfectly set here to host exceptional dishes.
Seated beneath the century-old vaults of the restaurant, by the sunny pool or on the shaded terrace, travellers will revel in the recipes of chef Sébastien Sanjou, a Michelin star and two toques in Gault and Millau. The chef has mastered the art of marrying different culinary styles, on a strong basis, made with traditional products.
