In Arcachon Bay in New Aquitaine, Le Patio is a gourmet restaurant located close to the marina. An exceptional menu stands out on the magnificently set tables of this bright establishment. That of chef Thierry Renou, who is distinguished by the Michelin Guide with one star and two toques by the Gault and Millau Guide.
Two guidelines are the basis for the chef's inspiration: fish products of the day on the one hand and produce from the Aquitain region on the other. The dishes concocted are enhanced by an exotic touch which perfectly blends with the dishes.

Magnifique équilibre des saveurs issu d'une grande maitrise technique au service d'une très belle imagination créatrice dans l'assiette. Une équipe extrêmement professionnelle et courtoise servant une proposition d'arts de la table sans fausses notes pour présenter ces assemblages de produits de grandes qualités. Originalité dans les associations et présentations . Cuissons des langoustines et poissons parfaites. Meursault correct.service efficace et attentif.en fait pas grand chose à dire de négatif ni moyen.0riginaire de Marseille on bénéficie également de gens très doués en cuisine mais 20 à 30% plus cher. Un point à développer avec une terrasse extérieure à créer.
