In Terrasson-Lavilledieu, on the edge of the Vézère in the Dordogne, le Moulin de l'Imaginaire restaurant is opening its doors. Thanks to Pierre Delmon and his family, this jewel has enjoyed a true Renaissance. At the establishment, Fabienne Eymard - a former Michelin-starred chef at the Bistrot Benoît in Paris - revisits the traditional dishes of her childhood in the Limousin near Périgord. The chef, who prides her time working with local, seasonal produce (by carefully selecting her producers and producers), constantly strives for harmony and power in the flavours on her plate.
