DESCRIPTION LE BISTROT DE LYON

In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the French gastronomic capital is home to Le Bistrot de Lyon. This brasserie, whose history dates back to the beginning of the last century, is above all a well-known myth. Visitors can make a pilgrimage to visit the four "baker's ceilings", to sit down on the pleasant terrace on sunny days, or to enjoy the generosity of its master skimming chef, when winter arrives.
