Just a dozen kilometres from Souillac in Occitania, La Terrasse is an 11th-century feudal castle, in which Françoise Couffignals has created a comfortable hotel-restaurant. 15 spacious rooms harmoniously blend functional furnishings with authentic decor.

Enjoy a table on the shady terrace overlooking the Dordogne or in the magnificent vaulted dining room to savour the chef's cuisine. Based on gourmet local produce enhanced by seasonal arrivals, the dishes are tasty and generous.

An outdoor pool and a magnificent wooded and flower-filled garden offer a wonderful moment of relaxation. Horseriding and golf enthusiasts have something to satisfy just a few kilometres away.
