In the Sancerrois, this former coaching inn was taken over by Chef Yann Tournier and Justine Heuzé, both originally from Brittany.
They offer a concept of "intuitive gastronomy", a cuisine of Berrichons vegetables and seafood straight from Brittany.
Their unique menus follow the inspiration of the chef who uses ultra-fresh products selected according to the arrivals of the fish and the seasonality of the vegetables.
Sancerrois obliges, La Pomme d'Or also offers ambitious wine pairings.
