DESCRIPTION L'HOSTELLERIE DU CHÂTEAU LES MUIDS

In La Ferté-Saint-Aubin in Centre-Val de Loire, L'Hostellerie du Château les Muids is a hotel-restaurant set in 33 hectares of grounds. This magnificent 18th-century building with protective turrets perfectly blends into the Loire Chateaux region. Andrea Buzzoni Mora ensures that the 20 rooms perfectly combine with the warmth of the building materials.

La cuisine est aux mains expertes du chef Ludovic Richard, qui propose des recettes à base de produits fins de qualité, certains étant fumés maison.

The expanse of grounds suitable for long walks is home to a swimming pool, a tennis court and a mini golf course. Close by, a 18-hole green and an equestrian centre complete the range of leisure activities.

La demeure historique est située dans un parc arboré et bien entretenu. L'hébergement: la chambre que nous occupions au premier étage était spacieuse et confortable. La literie était excellente et la salle de bain spacieuse. Malgré la proximité de la route assez fréquentée, la nuit fut calme, Vu le temps qu'il avait fait les jours précédents, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. Le restaurant: nous n'en garderons pas un grand souvenir ( aliments froids( dégelés?) et peu d'inspiration.
