12 kilometres from Sarlat-la-Canéda in New Aquitaine, L'Esplanade is a Perigord residence with a panoramic view overlooking the Dordogne Valley, the cliffs of the Roque Gageac, the gardens of Marqueyssac, and the sumptuous Sarlat! Sophie Bouland carefully ensures that each of the 15 rooms in this hotel-restaurant guarantees her guests a comfortable stay.

Chef Pascal Bouland's cuisine is authentic, using real local produce, expertly accompanied by forgotten vegetables in the colours of the South-West. Truffle lovers can't help but be sure to find their favourite flavours at the Esplanade.
