In the 14th arrondissement of the capital, L'Assiette is a real institution. This establishment has a soul. That of the former charcuterie butcher that used to be located there, whose witness is now taken over by an elegant bistro. Aside from a love of good things, the common ground between these two brands is the emphasis on local produce, high-quality products with unmatched flavours.

This philosophy is 100% that of chef David Rathgeber, who likes to share the traditional dishes of his native Auvergne, updated with sensitivity and finesse. It's an opportunity to discover or rediscover unsung recipes.
