DESCRIPTION L'ADRESS

Near Niort in New Aquitaine, L'Adress is a glass-glazed restaurant opening onto a small, verdant, flower-filled park. This bucolic setting is the perfect opportunity for a lovely stop on the road leading to the discovery of the Marais Poitevin. The tables in the large dining room are arranged around a central fireplace, which exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the shady terraces, you can taste the dishes of chef David Seguin in a most soothing setting.

A plate from the Michelin Guide and a toque from the Gault and Millau Guide bear witness to the mastery exercised by the chef behind his kitchen. The latter is not forbidden but its inspiration dictating it, and it must be observed that it always aims for fair.
