At the establishment, chef Senda D. Waguena enjoys being able to play with his visitors' taste buds, by venturing out in unexpected combinations. It must be said that the latter, originally from Togo, passed through Italy and influenced by Asian cultures, sees cuisine only as a genuine, cultural dialogue.
At the weekend, this "author's restaurant" also offers a gourmet brunch full of pep's very much appreciated! Fluffy pancakes, buffet of delicacies...
