DESCRIPTION IDA

Trattoria IDA is the new ambassador for Italian flavours right in the heart of Paris. This is the creation of chef Denny Imbroisi, highly distinguished by two toques by the Gault and Millau Guide and by a Plate in the Michelin Guide.

Reflecting Denny's family and personal history, this establishment is the perfect example that two culinary traditions of different countries can perfectly blend. This is attested by the prettily-laid dishes on IDA's tables, which reveal an unexpected explosion of flavours. The menu of this restaurant on rue de Vaugirard transports us instantly to the land where the Dolce Vita is not a myth.

Une carte qui suit les saisons et nos envies. Encore un bon moment gustatif. Le service est toujours aussi sympathique et efficace.

Une cuisine exquise pleine de saveur et de parfums.. mais un service pouvant être amélioré (spécifications données par téléphone non prises en compte par l'hôtesse, il a fallu réclamer le pain) et le métro qui passe sous le restaurant peut surprendre.
