In New Aquitaine in the Basque Country, the Hotel des Pyrénées is a former coaching inn located in the centre of Saint-Jean-Pied-De-Port. Sandrine and Philippe Arrambide welcome their guests and friends into a charming spirit of conviviality, perfectly keeping up with the tradition of this illustrious family. There are 18 spacious and comfortable rooms awaiting passing visitors.

Unmissable is chef Philippe Arrambide's table. This is attested by the profession's distinctions, with a Michelin star and three toques awarded by Gault and Millau. The menu is rich in harmonious blends of local produce, seasonal produce and, of course, seafood. Their discovery is always memorable.
