In 2023, 71 new restaurateurs and hoteliers joined the Guide 2023 and the les Collectionneurs community, each with their own expertise, character and history. Present in 11 countries throughout Europe and abroad, les Collectionneurs bring together nearly 540 unique and passionate professionals, united by common values - curiosity, excellence and generosity - and the same promise: sleep well and eat well, in establishments on a human scale that facilitate new encounters.

Such interactions, dedication and exchanges give rise to unforgettable memories for the visiting guests. In 2023 travellers seduced by French charm will be able to explore the variety of landscapes the country has to offer, with an itinerary covering the 327 restaurants, hotels and guesthouses specially selected by les Collectionneurs in France, including 42 hoteliers and restaurateurs awaiting first-time discovery.
