Italy in all its splendour surprises arrivals at La Cucina Byblos. As much with the exotic decor as the gentle la dolce vita atmosphere that reigns supreme here. Not forgetting, of course, chef Rocco Seminara's menu. The restaurant unveils dishes with amazing names and flavours: stem, pansotti, linguine, scaloppine,... Even the traditional Roman pizza, cooked over a wood fire, is exceptional here.
