DESCRIPTION CHÂTEAU DES ALPILLES

In Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in the French Riviera, the Château des Alpilles is an authentic 19th-century country manor. Mayan and Catherine Rollin have converted it into a hotel-restaurant with 21 rooms that open onto a large, green, shaded park of 4 hectares. The romantic atmosphere of the decor perfectly blends with contemporary comfort.

Chef Mathias Bettinger officiates at the chateau's restaurant. His culinary mastery, distinguished from one plate by the Michelin guide, is expressed through local Provençal produce. The dishes adorning the beautifully set tables offer a mix of flavours, colours and scents from the region.

A heated outdoor pool, sauna and massage offer plenty to relax. Not far from here, golf and horseback riding are at your disposal.
