In Varilhes, Arège, the Château de Longpré hotel-restaurant, owned by Mr and Ms Cantos, is a 4-star establishment with rich history and idyllic surroundings with its magnificent view over the Pyrenees.
On site, in this 18th-century building, eight rooms and suites have been designed to offer visitors a moment of calm and serenity. Each room has a unique universe and decor, but always in a chic and cosy atmosphere.
For a treat, head to Le Longpré restaurant. In a cosy atmosphere, you'll be able to taste local specialities while admiring the breathtaking views over the grounds of the chateau and its French gardens. The chateau has its own vineyard. A bar area is also available for tea time... and also in the evening to delight you with delicious cocktails!

For a meal with a view of the Pyrenees, let yourself be transported into the floral and creative world of our chef, Guillaume KELLER. Originally from the French Riviera, he knows how to surprise you with an elaborate and subtle cuisine. Local and seasonal produce is given pride of place with a menu updated with the seasons. You can also find the wines from the estate opposite the castle.
