In the heart of Paris, beneath the canopy of the Westfield Forum des Halles, Champeaux is a bistro-brasserie with contemporary decor and à la carte. Luc Broigniez conceived of a large, beautiful, warm, bright room that doesn't go out of place all day long. It must be confirmed that reality has reinforced one's dreams.
The kitchens are run by another great dreamer, chef Pierre Marty. The latter constantly imagines constantly updated recipes, in the image of its marvellous soufflé, which it offers in savoury and sweet version, to the delight of the palate. With its Michelin-awarded plate and toque assigned by Gault and Millau, let's guarantee that the Champeaux will still be a source of inspiration for a long time.
