"Immerse yourself in the family warmth of a 17th-century house, where tradition and conviviality reign supreme"

DESCRIPTION CAFÉ QUINSON
In the Aosta Valley, at the foot of Mont Blanc, the Café Quinson is a jewel born of the passion and experience of a couple who decided to leave Paris to return to their home village. Constance and Thomas left the capital in 1910 and bought an old 17th-century house where they founded the Café Quinson. Since then, their family has been busy taking care of them.
Anna and Elena Quinson welcome you into 6 rooms made of wood and stone, each with the name of one of the surrounding vineyards. The decoration tells the story of mountain life and farm work, in an Alpine atmosphere that is welcoming, warm and family-like.
In the restaurant, chef and owner Agostino Buillas offers gourmet cuisine, the result of a passionate desire, both modern and traditional. A simple cuisine, in line with the rhythm of the seasons, based on fresh and local produce, as well as vegetables, aromatic herbs and flowers that come from the guesthouse's organic vegetable garden. A beautiful wine cellar and liqueurs, sourced from all over the world, complete the offer.
Treat yourself to the bread and pastries the chef prepares every day!
