DESCRIPTION CAFÉ JACQUES
The Musée du Quai Branly in Paris, dear to President Jacques Chirac, houses, within it, the Café Jacques, a nod in homage to the great lover of the arts who have come from elsewhere. This contemporary bistro offers first of all a magnificent view over the Eiffel Tower, from its beautiful, flower-filled terrace, where it's a great place to sit down. He then wants to remain faithful to the soul of the museum.
It's up to chef Florian Dannel to propose a menu with mixed accents in communion with the philosophy of the works on display. The dishes are always original, full of elegance, revealing unexpected flavours.
