In Ghirlanda in Tuscany, two brothers continue the tradition of family welcome. These are Francesco and Luca Bracali. Their eponymous restaurant is a culinary laboratory. Chef Francesco is constantly researching experimentally. He claims the association of opposites: the animal with the plant; sweet with sour; sweet with bitter; the crunch with the sweet; ...

It must be observed that the result is convincing. The balances sought out are at the rendezvous of the compositions, which are characterised by their lightness. All the flavours extracted by the master chef's generosity are further enhanced by the nectars in the cellar. This is luca's responsibility, who knows how to properly recommend the right wine. For god's sake, it's impossible to lie!
