DESCRIPTION BAGLIO OCCHIPINTI

In Cerasuolo di Vittoria, in the heart of Sicily's generous land, nestles a soothing haven. Il Baglio Occhipinti is a hotel-restaurant from which to return full of energy. Within the 10-hectare estate stands a beautiful 17th-century building. A dozen tastefully decorated rooms are offered here by the hostess, Fausta Occhipinti. They open onto a decor of olive, vines and rose gardens, in the middle of which is listed a beautiful outdoor pool.

So many natural wonders can only be culinary inspiration. Especially since the estate encompasses an organic farm rich in various products. It's their mixed flavours that can be found on the restaurant menu. The gustatory experience is one of the most successful.
