DESCRIPTION AZIENDA CERAUDO - RISTORANTE DATTILO

In Tronca, Calabria, a chef is responsible for the cooking of the hotel-restaurant Ceraudo Dattilo. Located amidst vineyards, olive groves and citrus plantations, this establishment is also adjacent to an organic farm. It is from this fertile environment that Caterina Ceraudo draws her inspiration. His cuisine is at once simple and modern, creative and refined and certainly tasty.

With a Michelin star topped off with a green star highlighting sustainable gastronomy, the winner of the title of Best Female Chef 2017 is worth the detour. Especially since charming rooms are available in this authentic farm from the beginning of the 17th century. The magnificent green garden and outdoor pool complete this ideal setting to recharge.
