In the old town of l'Opéra in Paris, Aux Lyonnais has been a worthy ambassador of Lyon gastronomy in the capital since the end of the 19th century. This bouchon has retained its original identity in Parisian soil. Chef Marie-Victorine Manoa's menu includes authentic local produce from the capital of The Gauls.
These are revisited by instilling a modern touch of lightness, designed to enhance the flavours. The result earned him the distinction of two toques in the Gault and Millau Guide and a plate in the Michelin Guide. The sommelière's menu also meets this same requirement by showcasing the wines of the Rhône-Alpes region, offering a beautiful ensemble.
