DESCRIPTION AUBERGE SAINT-JEAN

In Saint-Jean-de-Blaignac, at the heart of the bordeaux vineyards of New Aquitaine, l'Auberge Saint-Jean is a restaurant situated in a superb historic building. A large bay window allows you to enjoy a magnificent view over the Dordogne from the dining room. Here, Manuela L'Hérisson has set elegantly decorated tables as a prelude to the reception of refined dishes.

These are expertly concocted by chef Thomas L'Hérisson, whose inspiration has been distinguished with one star by the Michelin Guide and two toques by the Gault and Millau Guide. The red line of his recipes is a harmonious mix of local produce and flavours gleaned from the Globe.
