DESCRIPTION AU MARQUIS DE TERME

In the heart of bordeaux vineyards, Le Château Marquis de Terme, a grand cru classified in 1855 by Margaux, and chef Grégory Coutanceau have opened the Restaurant de Margaux within the chateau. A unique alliance and a unique encounter between La Rochelle's maritime terroir and Bordeaux's wine-producing region.

A new story is being created. The chef's virtue is to highlight local producers, the diversity and wealth of the regions where he settles. A true French way of life. The establishment's open kitchens allow curious food lovers to discover the expertise of a French chef.

More than just a restaurant, the Marquis du Terme offers a unique gastronomic and wine tourism experience.

Les tables du restaurant sont trop exigües avec des socles qui ne permettent pas de disposer ses jambes confortablement. Pour un repas de restaurant c'est dommage ! Beaucoup dans le design et la déco, nous aurions préféré la qualité du repas. Avec un tel Chef et au prix du menu nous attendions mieux. Vins originaux et de bonne qualité. Le cadre est bien , cela pourrait faire un vrai restaurant gastronomique !
