More than just a restaurant, this establishment boasts a world-famous gastronomy laboratory. At the helm, chef Alexandre Bousquet works with his exceptional know-how, having already earned him 3 toques in the Gault and Millau Guide. Creativity is the order of the day with unexpected flavours with an unapoilly perfect result. Lovers of good vintages also have a wine cellar free of access.
