A short stroll from the old town of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris, Anicia is a restaurant that showcases local produce from the Haute-Loire. Anicia, which is the Latin translation of "lentil" is the accompaniment to dishes chef François Gagnaire enjoys cooking.

The produce of his homeland is harmoniously mixed with local produce from the French region, offering a rich and unexpected flavour.
