Around a dozen kilometres from Colmar in the Grand-Est region, L'Alchémille is an inventive restaurant in essence. So named for the plant used by alchemists, this establishment offers a perpetually experimental menu of new flavours under the guidance of chef Jérôme Jaegle.
The latter, the son and grandchild of foodies, won the Michelin Guide, which awarded him a star, as well as the Gault and Millau Guide, which awarded him three toques. The successful alchemy of flavour, nature and local produce make this place a creative restaurant par excellence.
